These terms govern your use of nationkits.shop and any order you place with us. By placing an order you agree to them.

Who we are

Nation Kits is operated by Joe Tayler, trading as Nation Kits (a sole trader based in the United Kingdom), contactable at support@nationkits.shop.

Our products — unofficial fan merchandise

All shirts sold by Nation Kits are unofficial, fan-made products inspired by national-team designs. We are an independent retailer and are not affiliated with, authorised by, licensed by or endorsed by any national team, football club, federation, FIFA, UEFA or any other governing body. All team names and country references are used for descriptive purposes only, to indicate the design a shirt is inspired by. Our products are not official merchandise.

Pricing

Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Shipping is charged at a flat £4.99, or free on orders of £30 or more. The price you pay is the price shown at checkout.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send your order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock or priced in error — and will refund you in full if we do.

Payment

Payment is taken securely at checkout by Stripe. We do not store your card details.

Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders promptly, with estimated delivery of around 2–3 weeks (shirts are made to order and shipped direct); international times vary and are shown at checkout. Delivery estimates are not guarantees.

Returns

Your cancellation and return rights are set out in our Returns & Refunds policy.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights or our liability for anything that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise our liability for any order is limited to the value of that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales.
