We want you to be happy with your shirt. This policy explains how to cancel, return or exchange an order. It sits alongside — and does not affect — your legal rights under UK consumer law.

14-day right to cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you may cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving it. To cancel, email support@nationkits.shop with your order number. You then have a further 14 days to send the item back.

30-day satisfaction guarantee

On top of your legal rights, we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee: if you change your mind within 30 days of delivery, you can return an unworn shirt for a refund.

Personalised shirts

Shirts with a custom name and number are printed specifically for you, so they can't be returned or cancelled for a change of mind (the standard exemption for personalised goods under UK consumer law). If a personalised shirt arrives faulty, damaged or not as ordered, the faulty-items process below applies in full — we'll replace or refund it.

Condition of returned items

• Shirts must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with any tags still attached.
• Please include your order number so we can identify your purchase.

Return postage

For change-of-mind returns, you cover the cost of return postage. We recommend a tracked service, as items remain your responsibility until they reach us. If an item is faulty or incorrect, we cover return postage in full.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll refund the price of the shirt to your original payment method within 14 days. Original shipping charges are refunded for faulty or incorrect items; for change-of-mind returns, the original shipping charge is non-refundable.

Faulty or incorrect items

If your shirt arrives damaged, faulty or not as ordered, email us within 30 days at support@nationkits.shop with a photo and your order number and we'll put it right with a replacement or full refund, including postage.
