This policy explains what personal data Nation Kits collects, how we use it, and your rights under UK GDPR. Nation Kits is operated by Joe Tayler, trading as Nation Kits (a sole trader based in the United Kingdom), contactable at support@nationkits.shop.

What we collect

• Order details — your name, email address, delivery address and phone number, so we can fulfil and deliver your order and contact you about it.
• Payment — card payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details; Stripe handles them securely.
• Your cart — saved only in your own browser (local storage) so your basket persists between visits. It never leaves your device until you choose to check out.

How we use it

• To process, fulfil and deliver your orders.
• To provide customer support and handle returns.
• To send order confirmations and receipts (via Stripe).

Who we share it with

• Stripe — our payment processor (see Stripe's privacy policy).
• Our supplier and delivery couriers — to pick, pack and ship your order to you.

We do not sell your personal data to anyone.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as needed to fulfil your order and to meet our legal and tax obligations, then delete them.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, and to object to or restrict its processing. To exercise any of these, email support@nationkits.shop. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).

Cookies & local storage

We use your browser's local storage to remember your cart. Our checkout provider, Stripe, may set cookies needed to process payments securely.
